am having the Gateway 9300 laptop and the problem which i am facing is that i am not able to connect to the internet since this laptop does not have the LAN card port for connecting. This laptop only has the Modem port. So suggest me some solutions for resolving this issue. I want to resolve the problem in connecting to net with Gateway 9300 laptop as soon as feasible.

I have checked this Gateway 9300 laptop on the website of the gateway and this does not has the LAN card as you said in your query. This laptop has the modem for connecting the phone line for accessing the world wide web. You can connect directly the phone line of your land line telephone to the modem port of this laptop and access the web. You are not having any other alternative to solve this issue.

This Gateway 9300 laptop does not have the WLAN also for accessing the net wirelessly. I know that if this laptop would have the WLAN then i can purchase the wireless router and access the world wide web via that network easily. But the issue is that this laptop does not have the Wi-Fi also. Is there any other way accessible by which i can solve this problem.
